Payment for online purchases can be made via the following major credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express. In accordance with the law, state sales tax will be added (at the time of shipment) for orders shipped to Illinois, Wisconsin, North Carolina and Kentucky. Your bank statement will show charges from Edventure Promotions.
To pay via personal check or money order, please call Customer Service at 1-312-440-1800 to place your order. Checks must be made payable to Edventure Promotions. Please be sure to include shipping charges (see chart in Delivery section) and applicable state sales tax.
Cash or C.O.D's are not accepted as valid forms of payment.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Production run will begin every Friday and take five (5) to seven (7) business days to complete. Orders received after 9:00 PM CST on Wednesdays will be included in the following Friday's production run.
Our standard shipping method is USPS. Normal transit times are 3-5 business days within the Midwest after the standard production time.
Shipping charges are based on a table rate shipping see below.

Credit card orders will automatically be charged shipping amounts at time of shipment. Once you have completed your order online, you will receive an automated email confirmation of your order.

PRODUCTION TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND NOT GUARANTEED. IF YOUR ORDER IS NEEDED BY A SPECIFIC DATE, APPROVAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and write "GCFD EVENT SENSITIVE" in the subject line.
Due to product demand, some items may be temporarily unavailable when your order is placed. You will be notified if any item is temporarily unavailable. You will be advised when the item will be available and given the option of shipping your order complete or shipping available items immediately and shipping the remainder of your order as soon as product is available.
If a product fails to meet your expectations, you may return most new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery with a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please email email@example.com or call customer service at 1-312-440-1800. To request a return and RA#, please note your reason for wanting to return your order and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. RA# must be displayed on outside of box(es), when returned.
